Monument Vase Installation

Has anyone has ever permitted vases to be installed on top of a monument’s die?

If such has been permitted, have there been issues?

If it has not been permitted, why not?

I have never seen such, and personally am not apt to permit, but want to get as much feedback from our industry professionals to best meet our families’ requests.
