Type of casket for mausoleum

I would like to find out which casket (metal or wooden) is better for a mausoleum built where the crypts are six high? Is a metal unsealed or sealed casket better for control of future smells? Please let me know what others Dioceses that have mausoleum six high crypts use for caskets and what their experience has been regarding smells?
