Rules for Drone Usage

Marty Eberly asks –

We recently had a Saturday morning cremation at our cemetery where one of the family members brought out a drone and used it to take pictures from different angles. Do any of the members have rules on the books concerning drones?

If you do I would like to hear about those rules.
