During the November 8, 2016 “Inviting Conversation 365” conference call, Poul Lemasters, Esq. shared the latest developments regarding OSHA Fines, and provided clarification on Department of Labor Overtime Rule. He and members participating on the call discussed issues and problems regarding Personal Effects/Cremation and Urn Burial.

In addition, Lemasters shared a document he developed to help the cemetery to acknowledge receipt; make sure you have proper identification; designate where the cremated remains are going; and even provide some liability protection. Note: The document originally sent to CCC members was a DRAFT copy that included language regarding scattering of remains.
