Application to Erect a Memorial

The second part is completed by the monument dealer, and attests to the quality of the memorial, and the rules and regulations of the cemetery in which the memorial is erected. The third part is a detailed description of where the memorial is to be placed, what kind of material it is to be made of, the type of lettering to be used, the exact wording, and the size.
