Evaluation Services

Looking to Improve Your
Catholic Cemetery Operation?

Catholic cemeterians often have questions about operation and maintenance of their cemeteries. To assist Catholic cemeterians in improving operation and maintenance issues, CCC created the Catholic Cemetery Evaluation Service.

Issues on finance, personnel, land development, office procedures, etc., are often set aside for further study. These issues, however, are seldom addressed due to the demands of daily operations.

The Catholic Cemetery Evaluation Team will delve into your cemetery operations, reviewing information on sales, marketing, operations, HR, financials, cremation, future plans as well as the use of computer technology in your cemetery operations.

Along with reviewing whatever information exists, such as annual reports, statistical data, financial results that may be available, the Team will assist in assembling other accurate information needed for an in-depth review. They will meet with key personnel involved in your cemetery ministry to help better understand their vision commitment to this important ministry of the Corporal Work of Mercy of Burying the Dead.

The Team will be made up of Certified Catholic Cemetery Executives with extensive years of expertise and knowledge in master planning, best business practices, OSHA, finances, personnel and office procedures. Shortly after the evaluators conclude their visit, a written report will be prepared and presented in person. The Evaluation Team would be available in the future for additional consultation if needed.
