Find A Grave / Photos

Eileen Boudoin asks –

I have had individuals request information on tombs in our cemeteries. I have gone and taken pictures of the tombs and provided them to individuals. In some instances, this request is made to be posted on a website such as Find A Grave. Since anyone can go out to a cemetery and take a picture, I don’t see a problem with me doing this. However, is there something that I am not aware of that I should be aware of since I am the manager of the cemetery and am providing the picture? Thanks for the info.
