Equipment and Building Maintenance Software

I have a question that perhaps one or more of the CCC cemetery members can assist me with. We are looking for a good equipment and building maintenance software that is accessible on the internet. We want to use it to track maintenance schedules, alert the appropriate staff people when a given maintenance item is due, track costs, retain part or catalogue numbers of replacement parts, and the like. The Catholic Cemeteries of the Archdiocese of Seattle consist of 4 cemeteries doing a total of 975 interments annually. Does anyone have a recommendation of either a program that they are using or that they are familiar with that might be applicable for an organization of our size?
