Commission or Salaried Sales Force

“We have a sales program in place where our sales force is 100% commissioned.   We are looking to migrating from this to a new platform where we have staff with base salaries who will earn bonuses based on metrics involving net revenue and aged receivables.  Does anyone have such a program in place that they would like to / are able to share?”
