Candle Stand Parts

Our cemeteries have numerous older candle stands (from the 1990s) in our mausoleums that we have been slowly refurbishing. The challenge has been finding replacement parts for these items. We have had limited success with the known CCC vendors — (they are mostly interested in selling new items and are reluctant to assist in replacement parts for on going repairs.
Has anyone used a supplier of candle covers, electronic boards, and bulbs and can share a wholesale supplier contact information with us?
